#EVERY TARA FEEL #Such an underrated character #Can we talk for a mo about her relationship with Buffy? #How /she/ was the person Buffy told about Spike? #Aka all of her issues in s6 #Their conversation in The Body? #Buffy didn’t have a one on one conversation with anyone else that whole episode #Not really #But she could talk to Tara #Because Tara is strong and nonjudgemental and so fucking amazing 

 #it’s so important to remember that THIS IS A CHARACTER WHO COMES FROM AN ABUSIVE BACKGROUND #this is a character who is USED TO BEING MADE THE VICTIM #and in her run on the show and very likely before we see her stand up and REFUSE TO BE A VICTIM OR LET ANYONE ELSE BE THE VICTIM #tara is the fucking moral compass of this damn show and she guides everyone in a way that no other character does because she is so pure … #and GOOD #and full of love #and she cares so deeply about everyone including herself and does not let people pull any shit with her #she is the strongest character in this series and i refuse to place her in a little box as willow’s girlfriend #she is so much more than a label and her identity couldnt even BEGIN to be defined by her relationship status #most beautiful character most lion-hearted character most ethical character #queen of my HEART

You know what sucks?

(potential spoilers ahead! I tried to be vague and I don’t use names so it should be safe but just in case!)

When people post things about certain Game of Thrones characters and they clearly haven’t read the books. I end up screaming at the computer things like, “YOU DON’T EVEN KNOW!” and “DON’T TALK THAT WAY ABOUT MY BABY!” and “YOU WILL LIVE TO REGRET THOSE WORDS!” and then I start whimpering a little and whispering for said characters to come be with me where I can keep them safe for always. And as much as I want to, I don’t say anything to these people because I don’t want to give anything away or spoil it for them. I don’t blame them for feeling the way they do right now but those ignorant souls don’t even know. My babies make mistakes because they’re human but the mistakes might not be as bad as they seem and my babies will suffer. Oh how they will suffer at the hands of those much crueler than they and you will love them again and when you watch these moments where they screw up again you will want them to stop, not even necessarily because what they are doing is bad, but because these choices are leading somewhere much darker than anyone can guess right now. 

My poor babies. I’m going to go curl up in a ball somewhere now.
